The Alaska BBQ Association is excited to be able to offer various “Sponsorship Packages” depending on the level of your contribution.  Attached is a description of what will be included in the various packages along with other items that are needed.
An excellent “tasting” opportunity will be on Sunday.  Food cards will be sold to allow you to taste exceptional BBQ items cooked by the fabulous teams.

There will be an awards ceremony during the annual Governor’s Day Picnic. Governor Sarah Palin will distribute the Championship Awards at that time. Your company will be well recognized at this event as well as other advertisements the association uses throughout the year. This annual event will qualify the winning team for the Jack Daniels’ Invitational National Championship in Lynchberg, Tennessee later in the fall.
 
Unique to this event is the Alaskan Seafood Championship Competition.  Judges will actually come to the Team to judge the Alaskan entrees.
 
Teams from the lower 48 have already planned on coming to Fairbanks for this event.  Your company has the opportunity to be a founding, primary sponsor for this State Championship event. There are many opportunities to volunteer to help with the event, and we want to encourage you to develop a team to represent you in the competition.  We appreciate your support and look forward to working with you.
